Hi, I’m Toni O’Dell. I’m a writer, teacher, speaker, instructional designer, media freak, and all-around change agent based in Texas.

I have earned my blackbelt in change and transistion through years of both professional and personal development, miles of travel through internal and external landscapes, and across diverse careers ranging from roadie to university professor to corporate learning expert. I am happiest when I am learning, teaching, or creating… in other words, continuously evolving.
